In 2010, she graduated with Distinction from California State University Northridge with the degree of Master of Physical Therapy. She loves working in women’s health but also enjoys working with men to improve quality of life pertaining to bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction. She uses patient education, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, surface EMG biofeedback, electrical stimulation and relaxation training as her primary means to restore health in these areas. She also has a passion for yoga and has integrated it into her physical therapy practice.
Holly is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently employed as the first women’s health and pelvic floor practitioner for Ventura County Medical Center Outpatient Therapy Services.
