Nancy Silva-Mullins received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. In 2016, she earned her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) from the Section on Women’s Health (SoWH). In 2018, Nancy earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification.

Nancy started her physical therapy career in outpatient orthopedics and slowly transitioned to working in pediatrics and vestibular rehabilitation. In 2011, Nancy changed her focus to women’s health and has since taken numerous continuing education courses to further develop her specialty for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. In 2015, she helped to create and implement a Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Program for Northwell Health, the largest health care provider in New York State. Nancy has also lectured extensively to the community on women’s health and the benefits of physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction.

When not working, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, in addition to photography, scrapbooking, and being outdoors.
