I graduated from Saint Louis University with my doctorate in physical therapy in 2016. I became certified in treating men and women pelvic health patients through APTA SOWH in 2017 after completion of the pelvic health level 1, 2, and 3 courses. I received my board pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification in 2020. I then went on to receive my pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist certification in 2021. I currently carry a pelvic health caseload of 100% my current caseload.
In addition to my general pelvic health training I have specific training in visceral mobilization, meeks method for the treatment of osteoporosis, yoga for pelvic pain, and care of the pregnant and postpartum patient. I treat men, women, and pediatric patients with my current caseload. I see a wide range of diagnoses including but not limited to... enuresis, constipation, bowel and bladder incontinence, urinary urgency, prolapse, pelvic pain, and dyspareunia. I have been a teaching assistant for Herman and Wallace. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge of pelvic health to help better patient's quality of life and sharing my experience and expertise with students and other pelvic health practitioners.
I am currently the business owner and CEO of Restore Pelvic Floor LLC. I serve pregnant and postpartum clients virtually and offer pregnancy, labor and delivery preparation, and postpartum recovery courses.
