Stephanie Hartman (formerly Spindler) is a California native who was happy to return to the West Coast after receiving her Doctorate from Columbia University in New York City. Stephanie has received continuing education via courses with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, the APTA, and Pelvic Guru and can treat the following conditions for men, women, and transgender and/or non-binary individuals: urinary and fecal incontinence, coccyx pain, pelvic pain, urinary dysfunction, constipation, abdominal pain including post-operative conditions, clogged milk ducts, sexual dysfunction, and dysfunction following prostatectomy.
She also specializes in caring for the pregnant patient including individualized birthing preference plans and post-partum care including diastasis recti rehabilitation and prolapse. Stephanie focuses on individualized care for every patient, making sure to factor in the complex and unique needs of everyday life that differ from person to person. She enjoys learning about each individual personand figuring out what motivates them so she can team up with the patient to reach goals, faster.
Prior to making the trek cross-country to the Big Apple, Stephanie attended the University of Southern California where she received her B.S in Human Biology and minor in Psychology. When she is not cheering on the Trojans (Fight on!) you can find her hiking, exercising, reading a good book, or binge-watching Netflix.
