Mahmoud earned his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Cairo University in 2010. He has worked in outpatient facilities treating patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, worked as a senior physical therapist in the intensive care unit and In-patient department for 3 years.

Since then, he has earned his master degree in exercise and sports science from Brooklyn College in 2016, and his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Touro College, He specializes in the pelvic rehabilitation field, treating men and women with a variety of conditions (incontinence, pre & post-prostatectomy, chronic pelvic pain,...etc).

Mahmoud is PRPC certified and is one of few men certified in pelvic health across the united states. Mahmoud has been a clinical instructor for many schools in New York and practices at PT of The City. He accepts the majority of insurances.
