I was born in Aliso Viejo, California but grew up in the Dallas, Texas area. Once graduating high school I moved to Shreveport, Louisiana where I attended Centenary College of Louisiana for 4 years. Graduating in 2016 with my Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in Biochemistry. I began physical therapy school in the Fall of 2016 at Arkansas State University through their School of Nursing and Health Professions. I then graduated in the Spring of 2019 with my Physical Therapy Doctorate.
After graduate school I began my career at Advanced Physical Therapy in Little Rock where I have been practicing now for nearly 3 years, where I treat pelvic health clients exclusively in an outpatient setting. I have completed all three of the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor series continuing education courses and received my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioners Certification in November of 2021. I have been a Teacher's Assistant at many Herman and Wallace courses in the Pelvic Floor Series and enjoy helping other practitioners enter the pelvic health sphere. I treat women and children throughout their lifespan with a special emphasis on pregnancy, postpartum care, and trauma cases. I am also a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and coach prenatal and postpartum fitness classes.
