Aase (pronounced "ACE-uh") is a 2020 graduate of Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and earned a BA in Psychology from Temple University in 2010. Following licensure, she began her pelvic health training at a private practice in East Norriton, PA, where she received one-on-one mentorship and formal training through Herman & Wallace Institute. She attained her PRPC in May 2022. She is comfortable treating adult patients of all genders for a multitude of conditions, including but not limited to pelvic and abdominal pain, incontinence, constipation, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns. Prior to and during graduate school, she worked as an aide at a PT clinic in Conshohocken, where she gained an interest in treating people with neurological conditions and especially Parkinson’s Disease. She completed her LSVT BIG and Rock Steady Boxing certifications for treatment of this specific population.
Aase is excited to join South Mountain Physical Therapy, a business started by her father Kai, and is happy to bring this much-needed scope of practice to the area. She has found that patient education is vital to her work, and she appreciates taking time to get to know each patient so that their care is focused on their individual needs. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and to stay active with running, hiking, and yoga.
