Lauren Barlow, PT, DPT, PRPC is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health with a passion for working with all genders with pelvic floor dysfunction (bladder, bowel, and sexual health) to regain empowerment in vital functions and intimacies of life to enhance quality of life. She strives to provide genuine and individual patient care. Lauren received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. She has completed advanced training through Herman & Wallace and the American Physical Therapy Association.
Lauren is a part of several multidisciplinary medical teams including the University of Utah Transgender Health Program and Huntsman Cancer Institute Sexual Health & Wellbeing. She is an active member and served as the vice president of the Utah Pelvic Health Special Interest Group. Lauren enjoys aiding in teaching for physical therapy and physical therapy assistant programs to help in the development and education of the next generation of physical therapists. She actively attends continuing education and advanced training to provide evidence-based treatment for optimal outcomes.
