I have been practicing PT since 2002 in Denver, CO. I graduated from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and began practicing orthopedic physical therapy immediately after graduation. As a mom of twins, and an active runner, I struggled with my own pelvic floor issues. Out of my own struggle grew a passion for helping others overcome pelvic floor problems. I am committed to growing my knowledge and skills and have earned a Certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist and the Pelvic Rehabilitation Provider Certification. In addition to this, I have extensive training in dry needling and use this as a tool within my practice. And finally, I am a certified Pilates Instructor, and I utilize my knowledge of Pilates to prescribe appropriate exercises to my clients.
I opened my own clinic, Holistic Physical Therapy just west of The Highlands neighborhood in Denver in 2017. My goal is to provide individualized, holistic, hands-on care to all my clients with an emphasis on looking at the whole person rather than just the ailment or dysfunction. At Holistic PT, I can spend more time with each person ensuring great outcomes for my clients.
I am originally from New Jersey but I have lived in Denver since 1997. I love skiing, mountain biking and camping with my husband and twins. My family and I love to stay active and be connected with Colorado’s outdoors and all it has to offer..
