Sydney Stevens is an Arizona native who joined the Spooner Biltmore team in 2021 following her final clinical rotation with the company. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Northern Arizona University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California.
Sydney has advanced training in male/female pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal, postpartum, and general orthopedic conditions. Her certifications include dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and most recently, the prestigious Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC).
She is passionate about increasing the awareness of pelvic health considerations for athletes, and strives to break the stigma that pelvic floor rehabilitation is ‘just for postpartum care’. Her goal is to educate others regarding the role the pelvic floor plays in high-impact loading. She continues to provide a safe space for rehabilitation and return to sport for athletes of all ages and genders.
