I completed my schooling for a Bachelor of Science in Neuropsychology at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah (2010) and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2014) at the University of Utah. I have practiced physical therapy in multiple settings from nursing homes, hospitals, outpatient facilities, to home health. As well as treated all ages and genders of patients. I worked as a traveling Physical Therapist for a year and a half, and that’s how I found my current position in Florence, Oregon. I am currently licensed to practice physical therapy in both Utah and Oregon. I’ve been working in Florence since 2021 and treating orthopedic and pelvic floor diagnoses in an outpatient setting. I have been specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy since 2021 and I completed all my pelvic rehab training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
My philosophy of care is “knowledge is power.” As soon as you better understand your body, you’ll have the tools to recover with less stress and more success. My first goal as a physical therapist is always to educate and set functional goals with my patients, so they can be an active participant in their recovery and improve their quality of life.
