Caroline graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 2019
with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to
attend the University of Maryland Eastern Shore to obtain her Doctorate in
Physical Therapy in 2022.
Caroline became interested in working with new and expectant parents during
her time in PT school. She liked working with parents during the course of
their pregnancy and postpartum journeys.
In 2023, Caroline passed the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner
Certification (PRPC) exam through Herman and Wallace, distinguishing
herself as an expert in pelvic health. While working with the pregnant and
postpartum population, patients brought up breastfeeding/feeding concerns
leading Caroline to explore current research, sparking another passion.
Caroline completed more than 100 hours of didactic learning and clinical
competencies to become a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through the
Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice so that she could help parents in
optimizing feeding their new little ones.
