Bill Gallagher PT, CMT, CYT has developed a uniquely integrative approach to optimize pelvic health. By integrating the Physical Therapy traditions of the East with therapies of the West, he helps his clients maximize function and minimize pain. Bill sees a broad spectrum of clients with pelvic floor concerns in his practice including people with severe disabilities and elite performers.
Bill is recognized as an authority on Integrative/Mind-Body/Complementary rehabilitation and teaches his visionary synthesis to practicing rehab clinicians and at several Physical Therapy doctoral programs including Columbia University.

Richard Sabel, MA, MPH, OTR, GCFP
Richard Sabel, MA, MPH, OTR, GCFP is the Educational Director of the East West Rehabilitation Institute and a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate’s Occupational Therapy Program. Richard has integrated Eastern and Western therapeutic practices into a distinctive approach to help clients reengage in meaningful activities and occupations.
He teaches his integrative approach at several occupational and physical therapy professional programs and divides his clinical time between private and community based practice. Richard sees clients with pelvic concerns, movement disorders, brain injury, and chronic breathing problems; and leads groups at various medical and community centers on pelvic health, mindfulness, pain management, breath therapy, and fall prevention. His integrative approach has been published in various professional publications.
