Nari Clemons, PT
Nari Clemons, owner and practicing therapist at Healthy Pelvis Healthy Core physical therapy, has 15 years of experience as a physical therapist, yoga, and meditation instructor. She is a certified yoga instructor and has over 20 years of meditation experience, having spent over 150 days of her life at silent meditation intensive retreats. Nari integrates meditation into care with most of her patients to maximize outcomes and healing. She is a teaching assistant for the pelvic floor series with Herman Wallace and is a question author/contributor for the PTPC pelvic floor board exam that is now in development. Shawn Sidhu, M.D.
Shawn Sidhu M.D. is an Assistant Professor in the University of New Mexico’s Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry where he is an inpatient Attending at the Children’s Psychiatric Center Chimayo Cottage. He also spends time at CRCBH providing direct care to patients and consultations to providers at rural, Indian Health Services and tribal/reservation sites through our telepsychiatry program.
Dr. Sidhu earned his MD from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his general psychiatry residency at Northwestern University in Chicago and then pursued a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. His interests include the mind body connection, training and education, systems of care including juvenile justice, school based mental health, interfacing with primary care, rural psychiatry, and access to care for underserved populations; advocacy and healthcare policy, and psychotherapy.
