Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- List and define key strategies to prevent burnout
- List and define key strategies of healthy boundary setting
- Develop self-care practices to sustain healthy habits and mindset both at work and outside of work
- Utilize gratitude practice to influence balance in the nervous system
- Experience the benefits of breath, exercise and movement on mood
- Incorporate these techniques with patients into their current model of treatment and reimbursement to build a sustainable, enjoyable practice
- Feel empowered and enabled to build relationships with patients under the shared responsibility model
