This page will show all upcoming Indiana Physical Therapy Continuing Education Courses offered by Herman & Wallace. The Indiana State Physical Therapy Board requires 22 hours of continuing education every two years for Physical Therapists. There is currently no requirement for Physical Therapist Assistants. Please note that Indiana considers one CEU credit as equal to 50 minutes of education. Herman & Wallace is considered an approved provider in the state of Indiana.
