Required Skills :

Patient Care: Provide high-quality therapy including evaluations, treatment planning, patient care, and discharge. Ensure proper documentation is completed.
Leadership: Oversee the clinic's daily operations, ensuring therapy is provided according to policies and procedures. Manage and coordinate all patient care activities.
Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as units per hour, patient visits, cancellations, referrals, and billing trends for individual clinicians.
Patient Care Quality: Direct therapy including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans. Use manual therapy, exercises, and other techniques to ensure quality care.
Staff Development: Identify training needs for staff and help develop their clinical skills.
Documentation & Billing: Ensure daily patient treatment notes are completed before the end of the day. Confirm that billing matches treatment time and that all services are accurately accounted for.
Policy & Compliance: Help develop and implement clinical policies. Ensure all procedures follow Alliance PT standards, as well as federal and state regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid).
Clinic Operations: Ensure equipment is available and in good working condition. Manage patient discharges according to company standards.
Budget & Clinic Needs: Help set and monitor the clinic’s budget and address any issues that arise. Participate in chart reviews to ensure staff compliance.
Supervision & Staff Management: Supervise and support therapists and clinical staff. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff. Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Employee Relations: Communicate regularly with staff through meetings and informal check-ins. Provide constructive feedback and address performance issues.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure clinic operations comply with Federal, Medicare, and company guidelines.
Staff Scheduling: Manage the clinic’s staffing schedule, approve timecards, PTO requests, and ensure proper coverage.
Marketing & Community Engagement: Develop and implement a marketing plan, including outreach to physicians and other referral sources. Attend networking events and provide educational programs for the community.
Patient Feedback: Review patient satisfaction surveys and find ways to improve services. Keep referral sources updated on patient progress.

Desired Skills/Qualifications :

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Current Physical Therapist license, registration and/or certification as per state regulations.
Previous supervisory experience preferred
