Out-Patient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Oak Park, IL and/or Riverside, IL
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Out-Patient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our supportive and inclusive clinic in Oak Park and/or Riverside, IL. Experience in general orthopedics is required, while expertise in pelvic health is a plus. Our clinic emphasizes holistic, individualized care, allowing therapists to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, multi-perspective treatment strategies
• Foster a positive, community-oriented environment for patients
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy, supported by our annual continuing education allotment
• Commitment to providing holistic and individualized patient care

Required Skills :
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Illinois
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for both patients and team members
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Desired Skills/Qualifications :
• Experience or interest in pelvic health physical therapy (preferred, but not required)
• Familiarity with Pilates, dry needling, ASTYM, or the McKenzie method (a plus, but not required)
