Required Skills :

*Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
*Completed at least a Pelvic Health Level 1 in-person course (APTA or Herman & Wallace) with plans to pursue further training
*Current Hawaii state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively in the application process
*Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a pelvic health physical therapist
*Enthusiastic, personable, and committed to providing excellent patient care
