We are seeking a physical therapist with a passion for pelvic health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. We are a small, private practice that solely focuses on pelvic health for women, men and pediatrics. We are looking for a team member who has a strong desire for clinical mentorship and a desire to excel as a clinician. We have a unique offering as a private physical therapy practice where we are able to provide a work environment that fosters flexibility and growth. Our next physical therapist must have a desire to grow with us and be passionate about dedicating their career to pelvic rehab.

Required Skills :

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
SC PT License (still apply if moving and working on license)
Must have at least PF 1 or similar
Strongly preferred to have prior orthopedic or pelvic health experience (rotations as a student do count)
Must be comfortable performing internal pelvic floor muscle examinations
Must be passionate about pelvic health and committed to continuing education and professional development in this field

Desired Skills/Qualifications :

Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations of the pelvic floor muscles internal and external
Perform orthopedic examinations of the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex
Have the ability to problem solve and include screenings of other musculoskeletal contributing factors that may include spine, upper extremity, lower extremity
Have the ability to implement treatment strategies that may include manual therapy and progression of exercise prescription
Provide ongoing education to patients and progress their plan of care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including other pelvic floor physical therapists at the clinic and referring providers for patient plan of care.
