Required Skills :

• Graduate with a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Board-certified PT in the state of CA or license applicant
• Compassionate, empathetic, and forward-thinking mindset
• Enthusiasm for personal growth and advancing professional skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively delegate non-skilled tasks and manage support personnel

Desired Skills/Qualifications :

• Demonstrates interest in becoming a pelvic floor therapist desired but not required
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, but not mandatory
